The Leoncino 125 is ideal for newcomers to motorcycling, offering maximum ease of handling and agility. It promises an exciting ride from the start with low operating costs. At its heart is a new single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled 125cc engine, the first of its kind in the quarter-litre models. It features a single overhead camshaft with 4 valves per cylinder, electronic injection with a 28 mm throttle body, a wet clutch, and a 6-speed gearbox.
This engine delivers 12.8 hp (9.4 kW) at 9500 rpm and 10 Nm (1.0 kgm) at 8500 rpm, with an impressive fuel consumption of 2.2 litres per 100 km. The Leoncino 125 boasts an excellent chassis for maximum agility and handling. Its traditional steel trellis frame seamlessly integrates with the bike’s design, reflecting the style and character of the Leoncino range. The tank blends classic and modern lines, giving the bike a unique, unmistakable look. The high-end all-LED headlight features an elegant and sophisticated design.
The digital instrument panel is clear and visible in all conditions. Like the rest of the Leoncino range, the stylized lion on the front mudguard proudly recalls the model’s history. The suspension system includes an upside-down front fork with 35 mm diameter legs and a rear swingarm with a central mono-shock and 53 mm travel. The braking system features a 280 mm diameter floating disc with a three-piston caliper at the front and a 220 mm diameter disc with a two-piston floating caliper at the rear, both equipped with CBS. The 17″ aluminum alloy rims are fitted with 110/80-R17 front tires and 130/70-R17 rear tires, ensuring maximum road safety
