Benelli introduces the new Leoncino 800, a pure evolution of the modern-classic from the Pesaro company, sharing the same philosophy and concept. This motorcycle combines authentic style with a balanced mix of classic and modern elements, epitomized by its new 754cc engine, the most advanced in the Benelli range. The Leoncino 800 features sharper, more sculpted shapes, enhancing its power and dynamism while maintaining the iconic elements of the Leoncino range.

The 800cc version retains the signature bow design, consistent in both the headlight and tank, preserving the family resemblance. The heart of the Leoncino 800 is a 754cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine, delivering 76.2 HP (56 kW) at 9000 rpm and 68 Nm (6.9 kgm) of torque at 6500 rpm. It features a double overhead camshaft, 4 valves per cylinder, a 43 mm diameter double throttle body, a torque-control and anti-hopping clutch in oil bath, and a 6-speed gearbox, ensuring a safe and modern engine-transmission unit.

The frame is a tubular trellis with steel plates, designed for maximum agility and handling on the road, catering to any rider while offering an exhilarating ride. The Leoncino 800 stands out with its attention to detail: the steel tank with sharp, modern lines features the Benelli logo, while the aluminum side panel under the saddle seamlessly extends towards the tank, creating a unique and sophisticated style element.

The LED headlight, inspired by the Leoncino 250, features an original and refined design, highlighted by the arched motif and the Benelli Leoncino logo at its center. The state-of-the-art TFT instrumentation provides a modern and authentic dashboard design. The saddle, ensuring maximum comfort for both rider and passenger, integrates perfectly with the bike’s lines, as does the balanced and modern exhaust design. The iconic lion emblem, as seen in the historic models and the rest of the range, proudly adorns the front fender.

The suspension system includes a Marzocchi upside-down fork with 50 mm diameter stems, adjustable for rebound, compression, and spring preload, offering comfort, stability, and effectiveness throughout the 130 mm travel. The rear features a swingarm with a central mono-shock, adjustable for spring preload and hydraulic rebound damping. The Brembo braking system guarantees maximum safety with dual semi-floating front discs of 320 mm diameter and four-piston radial monobloc calipers, along with a 260 mm diameter rear disc with a dual-piston caliper and ABS.
